Unfortunately, it doesn't take into account OUTRIGHT FRAUD that is not doubt already in the works of '04. Remember, these SCUMBAGS will do anything to hold on to power.

Great point! And since dead people don't respond to polls, Thune could effectivly be down by 5-10 points. Which is well outside the margin of error.
