The problem is that no ones knows what a well-balance diet is? But I think I figure it out the truth after all those conflicting medical studies:
1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.
3. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans
4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.
CONCLUSION:
Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

Eat right, exercise, die anyway. Eventually we will realize there are more important things in life than a skinny waist, big boobs, and a washboard stomach.
Things like taking the kids to the park, going to church with the family, and shutting off the TV and actually TALKING to our children. I've never heard a four year old say "I'm sorry daddy, I don't want to go on the merry-go-round 'cause you're too fat".
You only get one chance at life, don't blow it!

I think it's the stupid society an all of the stress that causes most heart failure.

The problem is that no ones knows what a well-balance diet is? I once told my doctor that my diet concentrated on the four basic food groups: caffeine, nicotine, cholesterol, and alcohol.
She was unimpressed.
