That's only $2,367 for every man, woman, and illegal alien in the state. So, pass a law requiring everyone to send in a check for that amount to Governor Davis, and there's no problem.

(AP) - Unaware that a live microphone was broadcasting their words around the Capitol, Assembly Democrats meeting behind closed doors debated prolonging California's budget crisis for political gain. The extra spending next year will go toward paying for state-subsidized health care for the poor and an expected enrollment increase in public schools. IOW more illegals.
