What's the point of that ban??? Yeah, those minors have really been having a corrupt influence on government, with their billions in campaign contributions.

A few good reasons for ACLU's (and Planned Parenthood's) concern:
1. ACLU has been in bed with Planned Parenthood for years, so they're friends.
2. If minors had to tell their parents first, the parents might dig in and stop their child from killing their grandchild
3. And maybe there'd be more pedophilia prosecutions when the law finds out who was having sex with the under-18 crowd. It's not just horny under-age boys making these babies.
Right-to-Life is pushing hard for parental notification to stop help keep the high-schools and clinics from hiding the pedophilia cases out there.

In my opinion, only registered voters should be able to make contributions. That would reduce corruption and increase the voter rolls.
