Well, I can see Philly hasn't changed a bit since I went to school there. I can remember walking down the street to go to class, and see empty crack vials, condoms, and human excrement. It was always refreshing to hear shots fired, as I studied through the night. Sarcasm/off . The only redeeming thing about Philly is Pat's Cheesesteaks. NOTHING ELSE. Maybe if they had a Mayor like Giuliani that gave a damn, that city would be better. In the meantime, you could give me the finest house in Society Hill for free, and I still wouldn't live there. It's just a damned shame that the city that was once the Birthplace of Independence, and the United States Marine Corps, has degraded into such a cesspool.
