The protesters and their lawyers insist such a penalty chills the First Amendment right to protest. The right to "peaceably" protest is in no way, shape or form being "chilled". Th is simply another case were dunderheaded "protesters" wish to be allowed to perpetrate "economic terrorism" on those that disagree with them and then have their actions protected as "free speech."
Calling Lockhead Martin "war profiteers" is free speech. Obstructing traffic is a "crime". Learn the difference pinheads!
