Hillary wouldn't run unless Dubya was in deep doodoo. If Dubya keeps going like he has, the Democrats will run throw-aways, Democrat candidates who really, really want to run and will give their best fight, but don't have much chance of winning. They'll save their best till they have a better chance of winning. They're weasels.
