I think Hillary knows she has a bad chance in 2004. Picking up an open seat is a lot easier.

I'm predicting that the Dem candidates are all pre-positioned weaklings that will fail to get strong individual support during the Dem national convention.
In a pre-arranged, 'emergency' move, Hillary will arrange to have herself 'drafted' into the presidential nomination. She will go to the podium and 'reluctantly' accept.
Dems and especially women everywhere, will rejoice and vote for her in unprecedented numbers...This will even include women who voted Republican last time, but secretly want a woman to succeed, from an emotional standpoint, not a rational one.
Can GW prevail against this ploy?
