And, moreover, aren't some of those African countries embroiled in horifically deadly civil wars THE LEAST-ARMED civilian populations in the world? I remember seeing a thread indicating so. All this means is that the United Nations wants to give more power to GANGS AND THUGS by elminiating their top deterrent to VICTIMIZING YOU--the fact that you'll shoot back!
As The New York Times is fond of saying, if this happens,
"WOMEN AND MINORITIES WILL BE WORST AFFECTED"
