An NRA sanctioned skeet shooting event. The bag full of trash is lofted via catapult and just before clearing the border fence it gets shredded by a load of 12-gauge shot, and spills all over the Mexican side and scatters in the wind.

Look what happened when a bunch of pumpkin farmers decided to kill some time and more than a few pumpkins, by seeing who could luanch them the farthest.
In the end what do they have? An absolutely UGLY Winners Trophy, a hell of a lot of fun, and they get TV coverage on the Travel Channel.
