PM warned he will be election 'target'
TONY Blair has been told he must distance himself from President Bush.
The prime minister was given the warning yesterday at a meeting with Sidney Blumenthal, an aide to former US president Bill Clinton.
A vicious battle between Democrats and Republicans is predicted in the next presidential election and Mr Blumenthal said the PM would suffer from his close relationship with Mr Bush.
He said: "The US is about to enter a very contentious political phase as our presidential campaign hots up. Bush intends to exploit 9/11 and that is going to be used against him.
"It is going to become intense to the extent that any foreign leader who associated himself with Bush's political goals will become an object of controversy. He will be an indirect target."
Mr Blumenthal also said Mr Blair, dubbed a "poodle" for backing the American-led war in Iraq, was in more trouble over the failure to uncover evidence of weapons of mass destruction.
He said: "Two-thirds of Americans believe the war took place because of al-Qaeda and 9/11, and that Saddam Hussein was developing nuclear weapons and there was an imminent threat. The view is Blair is in more trouble on this than Bush."
Mr Blumenthal also warned the Government against getting bogged down in "distractions". An adviser to President Clinton between 1997 and 2001, he said Mr Blair was being battered by "right-wing conspirators" in the way the president was in the run-up to the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
He said: "The Blair government is not going through a crisis even though some think it is.
"With Clinton the right-wing was always trying to undermine him. Part of it involved a Conservative press that infected the atmosphere. Some of that exists here in Britain."
Mr Blair will meet his political soulmate Bill Clinton next week. He is visiting London with wife Hillary, who is being urged to stand as a presidential candidate in the 2008 election.

Why does this greasy heap of dog squeeze rate a meeting with the PM? Let alone to deliver threats from Clinton.

"With Clinton the right-wing was always trying to undermine him. Part of it involved a Conservative press that infected the atmosphere. Some of that exists here in Britain." I guess these people feel that if they keep saying the press is "conservative" that people will start to believe it. Either that or they are all on acid or something. I would trust Tony Blair is smart enough to distance himself from the likes of Blumentholl.

In the upcoming democratic primary (2004) ...
BIG AL NEEDS OUR HELP! - Register as a democrat and vote for Crazy Al!
Rev. Al Sharpton is officially running for president in 2004.
During the May 3, 2003 demoncrap debate in Columbia, S.C., our man Al stated The way to move a donkey is to slap the donkey, and Im going to slap the donkey until the donkey kicks.
Lets help Crazy Al slap the donkey until it kicks.
Assume GW has the Republican nomination sewn up. Its time for all good republicans, libertarians, and independents to stand up and be counted. Lets take a page from Sen. McCains play book. Prior to the 2004 democratic presidential primary in your state, re-register as a democrat and vote for Al Sharpton!
Wouldnt it be great if Crazy Al won! At the very least, lets ensure he gets prime time speaking rights at the 2004 nationally televised democratic convention. You gotta love it. Line up, sign up, and send this to all your like-minded friends.
Here is a link to planned 2004 primary dates from the National Association of Secretaries of State:

Check here for the rules governing primary voting in your state:

Oh yea, and dont forget to call the local demoncrap party headquarters and ask them the following before the primary election:
1. Can I get a ride to the polls help them spend their money during the primaries so theyll have less during the national election. Have them take you the scenic route and stop off and do some shopping on the way home.
2. Are you giving anything away free for voting democrat? Cigarettes, box of cigars, box lunch, etc. Ask for two of each.
3. Send 25 cents in the mail to the DNC and watch how much they spend on mailing you to give to the party. Always send their solicitation back to them with all associated literature in the prepaid envelope included in the mailing. They have to pay that postage upon return. Great way to help them spend money and keep you up to date on their propaganda.

Mr Blumenthal also warned the Government against getting bogged down in "distractions". At that point Mr. Blair should have left the room.
Actually, it implies that Sidney actually met with Blair. I wonder if that is true.

TONY Blair has been told he must distance himself from President Bush. Is this the same misguided individual who told TONY Blair not to publically invoke the word GOD?
To: Joe Driscoll
Actually, it implies that Sidney actually met with Blair. I wonder if that is true. Good question. It wouldn't be too surprising if the Daily Mirror and Sid Vicious, neither of which parties is known for truthfulness, cobbled this story together. But to actually lie about a meeting seems unlikely, because it could really boomerang on them.
I think Blair probably did meet with Sid, if only briefly. He evidently met secretly several times with clinton, who gave him free advice in the run-up to the Iraqi war.
That was stupid on Blair's part, and if he really met with Blumenthal, that was doubly stupid.
These people are poisonous. Blair must know that they will put their own agendas first. He has stretched his relationship with Bush several times, and it's hard to see what conceivable benefit there could be in giving Sid a meeting.

I doubt that Tony and Billary are "soulmates" any longer. Tony has a good set of balls on him, whereas Billary has none.
Tony has more in common with W than with Billary, and that is so at a profound level.
With Bush riding high in the polls, Tony will probably not disassociate himself with W, this is just wishful thinking on Blementhal's part and was probably laughed off.
They probably do know each other as many of Clinton's advisor's are working with pols outside the US.

The part that really gets me in all this is that X42 is still out there parading around the world like he has some real influence in what goes on...He's deliberately trying to undermine President Bush by going out on his own! What a lowlife...I pray God repays his evil soon.

What nerve Blumenthal must have! Is he French?
I trust Tony Blair knows that Sidney is a known and proven liar just like his boss Bill Clinton.

Someone had better warn Tony that the Communists are trying to disrupt the British Government so they can get them handed over to the liberals in Europe.
Then they can force England into changing over to the One World Government coinage (EURO) and be controlled by the
U.N. Cult!
God Bless America!

Clinton and the squid will soon look like the fools they are to the world.
WASHINGTON (AP) - The Bush administration and the U.S. intelligence community have had some success in finding Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction, the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee said Thursday.
Sen. Pat Roberts told reporters on a telephone conference call that he couldn't go into detail because the news is classified.
``It's classified information now - I am urging the administration and the intelligence community to make at least portions of that public,'' the Kansas Republican said. ``We've had some success; I'm sorry I can't go into detail about that.'' Link

If it's classified, then perhaps you shouldn't be telling us about, even in general terms. I mean, the laws on classified info do not say, "You can talk about the ultimate conclusion of a classified report, and you can describe what is in it as long as you don't use the exact words of the classified report."
Keep your mouth shut, and maybe some more 'crats will hang themselves with the "Bush misled us about WMDs" rope.
