Not just that. I want to go back to cross burnings and lynchings. That is, cross burnings and lynchings of liberal pukes who want government intervention for things they see as "REASONABLE," when I don't recall that word ever being used as a standard for government action in the Constitution. Lots of words like "shall not," though.

What you want is for government to force everyone to be nice. There's not any Constitutional mandate or power to do that. And that you think it's a good idea that government be the arbiter of what is nice and what isn't is proof that you need to seriously reexamine your political stance. Why pretend to be conservative if you think unconstitutional government action is good?

I'd love to think that we can all live together and buy the world a Coke and all that happy horse$#!#. But I'm tired of hearing the plain language of the Constitution being distorted for 'reasonable' ends.

When I see job ads that say "women and minorities encouraged to apply", I skip them. I know they don't want me. Leftists hate straight white men then wonder why we don't vote for them. I wonder why ANY do. Ps, I wouldn't apply for a job that said "white men encouraged to apply" but of course you'd never see that unless you looked in a paper from the early 1900's.

No doubt that it would be a polite and reasonable thing to do, but freedom means the right to be a stupid jerk with your own stuff. You do not give up your ownership rights of your stuff by offering to sell it, you give up your rights to your stuff when you actually sell it. If the government dictates to whom you must sell your stuff to, the government has taken control / possession of your stuff, and this is wrong.

Interesting experiment: 'Applied' for a job at Siemens Medical. When you do this at the 'normal' (i.e. non-homosexual / non-diversity) site - the website always gets 'cute' with the freeform text resume and 'fills in' the next screen with what it thinks is the 'details'

You know, where you last name is OBJECTIVE and your last company / employer becomes TRANSPORTATION? Then you go in and have to fix everything.

In the "Diversity-Inclusion" site, it just takes your resume WITHOUT the added steps.

Bottom line theory why: Siemens took this out to help the diversity crowd because diversity = minority = lower I.Q.

Which in itself is a racist attitude.

Not to be discouraged white males. You could become homo, or older, or a veteran, or shoot your big toe off and become disabled. Check into visiting an HMO psycho and get yourself certified nuts, I'd read up on this one first to get the symptoms practiced. There is a wide ranging popouri of special advantages for white males, the only difference now is they all carry some sort of stigma. Kinda like all the other minorities ?

I still remember once stumbling on an old newspaper that had discriminatory ads -- the newspaper was from the late 1950's as I recall. Just about every help wanted ad had the phrase: "Negores need not apply." Almost as numerous was the phrase: "Irish need not apply." I think I saw a few "Jews need not apply," also.

I am glad we have gotten rid of the more blatant forms of discrimination. I don't think it was a part of "limited government" for whites to do anything they wanted against blacks. To not discriminate on the basis of race or religion is a pretty objective standard -- "diversity," on the other hand, can mean just about anything. You can expect who is "diverse" will change with changing political fortunes. That is why the left has abandoned non-discrimination and has taken up "diversity."

Congratulations! Only you and "Whites/Caucasians" have a big problem; they cannot ever receive "Diversity Preferences" unless they are female; you have to not only prove you have Native American Indian blood, you will probably have to be able to prove you have a minimum US Government set minimum percentage of American Indian blood ancestry)
