[history]
June 24, 2003 -- THE short man whose scraggly eyebrows frame a vacant expression rose to "explain" to a judge his fetishistic interest in watching baby rape.
He never paid for it.
This is an excuse?
Until he was caught, Samuels' career as a New York Law School professor concealed his appetite for the sick and the cruel - images of tiny girls sexually tortured, crying in pain, stuff so upsetting and demented, I prayed it wasn't real.

This guy needs to be on neighborhood watch lists throughout the nation.
To: goldstategop
He needs to have his eyelids cut off, eyeballs papercut and planted head first into a pile of fire ants. What sick a demented basterd he is.

He needs to be taken apart behind bars. I don't think there are many hardened criminals who take kindly to a baby rapist.

Frankly you shouldn't be able to find that 'stuff' on the internet. Why it is left up I don't know. If they can find this guy, why can't they find the internet sites? And if they can find them, they should shut them down immediately.
To heck with the stings. Turn off the tap!
Yes this guy would get the bums rush in prison. Six months isn't long enough IMO. If this is what it takes to get this guy going, then he should be placed behind bars for a long long long long long long time.

A married man getting off on babies. And he hid his other life from his wife and daughter. I hope they get a divorce and steer clear of him for the rest of his life.

This is one sick bastard. And as usual a lawyer is able to wiggle himself out of a "hairy" situation again. Just 6 friggin months!!
I hope he is put on the fast track for the "pack of cigarette" trade in prison. Then maybe he will realise that this was not a 'VICTIMLESS' crime!!!

Watching child porn is now considered a victimless crime? Liberal enlightenment has made us all see little children are nothing special.

This guy doesn't "need hard time".....he needs a night in a solitary cell alone with a 6'8" 300 pound cellmate called Bubba....then the pix of his night need to be put on the web. Ever get the feeling that some guys like this are best off having their brains knocked out by baseball-bat wielding citizens ASAP?

I know someone who did 15 months for possessing a few cheesecake images of girls who MIGHT have been under 18--but only the pediatrician who testified at the trial seemed sure of that. No sex in the images, just "light" nudity. 30 years ago that kind of thing was on lockers in military barracks everywhere. But my acquaintance is now a registered sex offender.
This guy gets a few months for possession of images of indisputably young children being hurt. I don't get it. I literally got dizzy reading this.
If we won't execute people like this, as we should, why don't we induce quadriplegia? I'm sure it'd be a simple operation. I doubt their care would be much more expensive than maximum security prison. Then they'd be as helpless as their victims.
One has to wonder what he'll do when he gets out, without the need to hide this from his wife and children keeping a lid on his vile impulses.

Anyways, according to the former US Surgeon General, Jocelyn Elders, pedophilia is not necessarily such a bad idea....
Hey, prof, I don't think some of the prisoners share your enthusiasm for child sexuality....

I'll second the "eeeeewwwwwwwwwww" comment.
Someone (or some computer) should be matching up faces from all the photos of Missing Children with all the photos of children in child-rape pornography. Sadly, I'm sure there would be many many children "found" that way.
I sure hope the FBI is using some of that face-matching computer technology to do that.

This article made me sick to my stomach I truely hope someone murders this man.

Six months? How about this: first this "man" should be hung until nearly dead, cut down, be split from throat to crotch and disembowelled, his privates should them be hacked off and fed to him. Then he'll be drawn and quartered, with the various body parts being sent to the far-reaches of the U.S. to be set upon wooden stakes in front of Congress (where they don't seem capable of actually policing this problem). The entrails would be scattered for the ravens and finally, we'll burn the corpse and sell it as an additive to kitty litter. The Pay-per-view proceeds can go to organizations that search for missing children and to a special fund for euthanizing sex offenders. Six months! Give 'em to me -- he wouldn't last six seconds.

While I completely share your disgust with this sickening deviant behavior, I feel it necessary to point out that well over 99% of these images are taken by their parents, a close relative, or a close family friend. So-called "Stranger" abductions are very, very rare, and starting a panic would serve no one's best interest.

well over 99% of these images are taken by their parents, a close relative, or a close family friend. Double eeeeewwwwwww!!
I swear there outta be a law against some people having kids. (Not that I want more laws, I just want fewer idiots and sickos having kids.)
To: BagCamAddict
Amazingly, I've done some research on this. It takes a demonstrable amount of ability to adopt a child. Income, intelligence, character, all are taken into consideration. You have to be pretty put together to adopt a child.
To birth a child? All it takes is a uterus and some sperm. Any moron can have as many children as they desire.
To: goldstategop
Yet Samuels' cry - "I never harmed anyone" - shows he doesn't need help. He needs hard time.
No, he needs a noose.
