I am uncomfortable with anyone having the right to fire off a shot in any direction, at any time, in any situation, with any number of people in the path. We don't know the situation.

A civilian who shoots at fleeing violent felons is criminally charged. Compare this to the case in which police officers shot and killed a fleeing but unarmed suspect and killed him.

Memories of my home town; I miss the many times I was chased with knives, beaten down, and had guns pulled on me; brings a tear to my eye to know the lads of the center of the universe are continuing the thread of neglect and abuse that the P-town is renown. Per capita we have the worse employment rate, worst teenage pregnancy, worst pollution, worst drug use (best rate for raw number of crank users and producers), most corrupt police and sheriff, and my favorite the schools rank in the 10 percentile in California which ranks around the 35th in education.
