Holy cr*p, this is some story. It seems like even if it's a put-up job on the mayor fellow there are a lot of high-up people involved with this. It isn't clear why they are interviewing the Algerian tho'.

I have also read on these threads of a big child porno scandle in Portugal. It involves high-ranking gov't folks using children from state run orphanages in orgies.

And yet there are those who would urge us to follow Europe's lead in all things. Not to say there are not perverts, pedophiles and murderers in the US, and the RC Clergy and Bishops seem to have been imported wholesale from the Old World, and then there's the Mayor of Bridgeport, CT, he'll be serving hard time for a good long while. And then there are the many, many "disappeared" women on the US/Mexican border. Ack! My head's doing a Linda Blair!

SHEESH, the whole world is a mess. Now I'm depressed!

Revealed :Dominique Baudis' lawyer, Francis Spizner, is also Jacques Chirac's lawyer. The Toulouse's new prosecutor, Michel Barrau, nominated by the Justice minister, had been accused of hushing up the "HLM of Paris affair" involving Jacques Chirac .
