There are some competitor companies. I don't know them offhand, but I'll find out for you. Might be worthwhile to write or tell the PC dealer you went to the competitor and why.

PC is kinda like Avon & Tupperware - it's usually someone in your office that sells it - in mine, it's one of the secretaries. Not an actual store. I was using "dealer" in the sense of "drug dealer" - which, the way I buy cooking supplies, isn't too far off.
