He always says he surfs without images, and then puts up the most provocative pictures.
Go Drudge!
Get those gym bunnies.

The absolute truth...I am put in mind of our Founders, cranking out those pamphlets of political thought. The internet has been the great equalizer. People (especially conservatives) are no longer marginalized and powerless...there is a voice. Talkradio and the Net have slain the many-mouthed beast of TV news.

I always go to Drudge first. It sets the tone for the day.

I guess it was quite a shock to the Clinton white house to learn that the Internet was actually quite conservative.

"...But I have met new people, like Ann Coulter, who I happen to like a lot. She's moving from New York to Miami very soon."Hmmmm.... should we run with it?

I can't explain why, but even though she's a lefty and a lesbian I am quite fond of Camille Paglia. I guess she's as close to the old term "the loyal opposition" as you can find nowadays. She is willing not only to critique the excesses and buffoonery of the left but is also capable of supporting the right in many instances. At the least she is an intellectually honest leftist, which is a rare bird indeed nowadays.

ROSHAN: Labels aside, doesn't your willingness to report inaccurate rumors separate the Drudge Report from, say, the New York Times?LOL! Best line of the interview.

hehe, Drudge should put up a blaring headline one of these days:
COULTER SAYS YES TO DRUDGE PROPOSAL
and have it be that they're writing a book together.

I agree. I've determined some of the things she's said to be nutty in my own personal opinion, but it's never the kind of stereotypical brain-dead stupid stuff from the left. She just sees the world in a different way sometimes, and I can accept that. She gives the conservative viewpoint the respect it deserves -- I'll give her viewpoint the respect it deserves.

DRUDGE: Oh, she's a powerhouse! But the DNC has a dirt file on her that is really thick. Think of The Contender, or those other movies that have warned what happens when a female candidate has some dirt she'd rather hide. And I wouldn't be surprised if Democrats used it. I think the best match-up would be Donna Brazile versus Condoleezza Rice, high noon, and we get all that crap out of the way. ROSHAN: When you compare Condoleezza Rice to [Gore's barely closeted campaign manager] Donna Brazile, what are you really saying?
DRUDGE: They're both tough black women who would run at the same time, and who possibly could have a dirt file on both sides. I know nothing. I haven't seen Condoleezza's file, but I've been assured that one exists.
Oh, I see.
The Dems are going to try to say that Condi is bisexual.
I thought they were going to try to say she is either a lesbian or has slept with George W. Bush. I see they can't make up their minds.
Silly Democrats.
Be Seeing You,
Chris

I completely agree. Every time I see Drudge on TV, I'm reminded that there's a lot going on behind those eyes. You can tell. Very bright.
