The scary thing about Turner is that he's on the record somewhere whynging that CNN basically isn't left wing enough! He's been pushed aside by Levine, Case, and whoever else runs that 3 ring circus now. But yeah, he is their biggest shareholder still, even though (and I've just read an excellent biography of Rupert Murdoch) he's made a *LOT* of terrible business decisions over the years (buying all the internet hype and letting AOL take over based on its share price is the latest in a string of them). In business smart's, he's nowhere near Murdoch's league...
But yeah, Turner's pink. I mean, this is the guy who married Jane Fonda for all those years... Nothing more needs to be said than that!

Yeah, the guy is scary.
And if he ever got hold of real political power, other than when he wields it during elections in the form of monetary donations, he'd be far more dangerous than he already is.
He's spoken against the second amendment, as well as other freedoms.
The guy is class 1 grade A scum.
And I agree whole-heartedly.

I read that Turner is no longer involved with CNN, Time-Warner, etc. but merely has a curtesy office but no say on policies. Was this article wrong?
