According to ghostwriting guru Mahesh Grossman, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton is a ghostwriters 'nightmare' who worked with five writers on three books.
Part of the reason is Clinton's hard nosed reputation. Grossman says she is a tough taskmaster who has a certain way of seeing things.
Also, Clinton doesnt like discussing the messy details of her past and is bound to hate any ghostwriter who brings up Monica Lewinsky and Whitewater-even if she agreed to talk about it.
She's also cheap. Grossman claims Clinton tried to stiff one ghostwriter out of $30,000.00.
But that doesn't mean ghostwriters have no way to retaliate. Back in 1996, one ghostwriter caused a scandal by leaking to a reporter that Clinton had seances with Eleanor Roosevelt.

Funny how Libs are so free with my wallet and so touchy about their own. Not only are they historically tight but they seem to resent being expected to pay. They are the elite after all.

A recently discovered little known fact may help to explain Hillary Clinton's aggressive and domineering personality: She is, in fact, Adolph Hitler's long lost daughter.
2 months before her suicide with Adolph in the infamous Berlin bunker, Eva Braun gave birth to little "Hildegard" Shickelgruber and arranged to have the baby smuggled across Allied lines to France.
In Marseilles, France, the child was delivered to a kind-hearted ship's captain. Upon landing in New Orleans, the captain personally carried the infant to the home of Eva's second cousin, Dorte Dittlemann, in appropriately -- Stuttgart, Arkansas.
The rest, as they say, is history!
Do the moustache and hair over the brow thing on a photo of Hitlery. It's SCARY!!

She assigns ghostwriters the nearly impossible task of writing material that will not interfere with her self worship and will cause her to be worshipped by others while also demanding that they write the truth.

I wonder if the current ghost writers will be in trouble for not being consistent with Blumenthal's version.

"Excerpted" it says, but there is nothing more in the "full" article than is quoted here. Lots of ads, of course, but no more text. Or did I miss something?

I think ghosting for anyone is a tough job---that is why it pays well. I have ghosted four books. One was a breeze. Great guy, cooperative, paid well. Another paid well and was cooperative, but a monster stickler for details that made editing quite excruciating. Another was easy to work with . . . until his family got into the act. He'd change one thing, they'd change it back.
The toughest thing for a ghostwriter is to a) make sure you have regular payments built in, so even if they try to "stiff" you, you don't lose more than a fraction of your total pay; and 2) understand who your final boss is. Once I took a hired job for a NBA team to write a team history, and after laying out exactly what I would do---no coverups, no whitewash, just a solid history---and getting multiple approvals, when the drafts came due, my superior approved it, then it went to the top guy, and he blew a gasket. They paid me off and buried the book, putting out a glossy PR document instead :)

This morning on the commute Mark Larson (KRLA 870 AM) was interviewing Al Rosen (The Last Jihad). They agreed that the publishers at Simon & Shuster(sp) must be going nuts because by the time the book is released Hitlary will have promoted herself and the sex scandals so much that no body will be interested in buying the book. They said that once the Klintoons get the publisher's advance (8 million bucks) they don't care about book sales but rather how can this be used to push ambitions. How many people and organizations are going to get "screwed" by these con-artists until they figure them out?

From some of the excerpts I've seen, this book had to be a "fictional" ghostwriter's dream.
