First, I am no pedophile, or child porn kinda guy. But did this type of operation, FBI agents posing and luring, used to be called intrapment?

no -- entrapment is defined as luring/forcing someone to commit a criminal act that he would not commit but for the coercion of the police or a police agent. Since no one forces the pedophiles in question here to commit any crimes (all the FBI agents do here is play-act like they're 14-year-old kids -- albeit ones with a libido).
