WASHINGTON (AP) - The government miscalculated the number of U.S. troops who may have been exposed to nerve gases when Iraqi weapons were destroyed during the first Gulf War, congressional investigators say.
The General Accounting Office was expected to testify in a House hearing Monday that the Pentagon and CIA used a flawed computer model to estimate the fallout from the weapons. The models were created with inaccurate data, and the height of the plume resulting from the 1991 weapons explosions was underestimated, according to a memo sent to members of a House Government Reform subcommittee.

He has the right attitude for his sector of science. Unforunately God (chance, whatever) takes great sport in raw idealism and usually rewards the cynically prepared.

Better late than never, hope this resolved quickly, we've been waiting along time for this.
A GW vet that was 25-30km downwind of that storage area....
and never told a stinking thing about it. Untill it was way too late.

While I'm often guilty of semantic shortcuts I thought I was communicating the sense of weariness accumulated when trying to counteract the creeping rot that passes for journalism. My Christianity takes second place in this American government and that has worked for me and the vast majority of our citizens. It's that other percent that doesn't respect Constitutional law when it contradicts Shari'a and insists on maintaining brutal customs when every other culture residing here ascended to civilized behavior (we're talking child brides & "honor deaths" of innocent women to cover for mens' embarassments).
To me Islam is the embodiment of Satanic cultdom. Now they're going to sue me for infringement (for they have all the best lawyers).
