Well gee Wolfie baby, that sounds like a grand idea. I mean forget the Constitution, forget the delegation of powers to the states, forget the 9th and 10th ammendments and just use the power in Washington to make states follow whatever little law our masters in Washington (this year) feel is real important.
I'm sure once this magic lever is well understood our next President, Hillary, will find lots of excellent ways to use it. Running ads against gun ownership, fining states with shall issue CCW laws, defunding medical programs of states that attempt to mildly curtail abortion on demand, and lots of other fun stuff.
Yep, that's the way it'll go. Thanks to the Republicans.
