I recall Liberace suing his plastic surgeon. His eyes took on a narrow, Oriental slant after the operation. He claimed in his suit the new look would hurt his career. It certainly did change his looks considerably, and not for the better.
Can't remember what the outcome was, maybe an out-of-court settlement.
At any rate, AIDS ended his career before the face ever did.
