The FReeper pet for this household (which also includes Freeper L8Pilot) is a 5-month old blonde cocker spaniel named Shaylee. "Shaylee" is Celtic and means "fairy princess of the field" -- and she lives up to her name - she rules!

In her short 5 months she has taught herself to play fetch...only in HER game, she throws the ball and YOU fetch it. As my 4 year old grandson said, "I have never seen a dog do that!"

My best dog ever was a black cocker named O'Malley (all my animals have Irish names). He died 7 years ago and I couldn't bring myself to get attached to another animal and I couldn't replace my Malley anyway. But little Shaylee has brought a lot of fun and love. I'm very thankful we found each other!

What a great idea, ((((((dutchess)))))))! The introductions to your pets are very touching. But then anything that involves God's creatures is very emotional.

My Ms. Smokie and Sylvie, the ornery kitty sistahs, look forward to an interview someday. Oh the stories they could tell....LOL!

This is going to be my favorite.

Weinie thinks, "It's about time we have a show of our own."

(I don't know how to put her picture back up.)

If Fred put on another 10 pounds and became a girl, he'd look just like my "kitty." Hee hee.

Wonderful thread, dutchess!

Billie was right, she "promised" your thread would be a good one....it IS that! : )

Even if it's 'not' about Wolfie.

Good morning, girls. : )

What a great thread. I have two of my puppy kids on the entry page to my website (which should be connected to my store today!!). They are on the lower left. My sister's dog is on the upper right, and my mom's dog is on the middle on the top.

The other dogs are royalty free stock photos.

Great thread dutchess. Yes, us Freepers sure to love our pets. Gizmo, Codee and Fred are all adorable. Bless your beloved dutchess, heartbreaking to lose our pets. Dino and Maxi were my pets growing up...Dino lived to nearly 19 years old! Swore I would never get another dog after Dino...but then when I crossed paths with my dear pup Lucy, I had to give her a home. I know you all have seen her many times, but here's Lucy once again :-)

Dutchess, FReeperPets is a great idea! You have a real winner here. And, little Gizmo obviously has a flair for this type of thing! Her FReeperPet interviews are sure to be a much anticipated feature.

My little Bear is feverishly penning his memoirs so he will be ready when Gizmo arrives at his door. I told him that I thought the Power Point slide presentation that he was working on was a little much, though. LOL. Also, since his mom is a 'hostess', he realizes he will be one of the last interviewed. He's okay with that. It will give him more time to polish up his autobiography. :-)

Good day to my Finest partners and FRiends. I am rushing around like a crazy person trying to get ready for our trip 'down under' as well as getting the post ready for Friday, so I'll be on and off the computer today. Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday!

Y'all knew I couldn't stay away from a FReeper pet thread.

This is my late Ginger and her former kitty Sheba. This cat used to sleep on Gilligan's head - I wish I had a picture of that.

Hi everybody. You too Gizmo, Codee and Fred. Meet Ink. She and the rest of her litter were placed in a duffle bag at the King of Prussia Mall, outside of Philly about five years ago.

The abandoned litter was found by a kid who turned Ink over to Temple Owl and Tribune7. One one other survived.

Ink was the size of a chipmunk. She was almost completely covered with mange and her eyes were filmed over. She was turned over to a local veterinarian who gave her shots and put her on a strict diet. The cost was nearly $1,000.

I grumbled that I could have bought a prime race horse for that. But Ink has turned out to be a real princess and is spoiled like one. She is worth every penny.

What fun coming home at the end of a really crappy day and seeng all the great FReeper pets. How can anybody look at these delightful creatures and not smile. They are as special and unique as FReepers themselves. Okay, here's my contribution. Nermal was the subject for my first picture with my new digital camera.

Finally was able to check out some of my favorite threads today. I've been FR deprived due to travel & then phone service & PC problems.

Both of us loved this Finest FreeperPets thread!
