The question of "Who shot Gerald Bull" is an open one. Gordon Thomas claims that it was the Mossad; but since the Israeli government has not taken credit for the operation, it is just as likely that Mr. Bull was shot by persons in the employ of Iran (for obvious reasons), or Iraq (if Saddam got a wild hair up his posterior and decided Bull had ripped him off).

If a Mossad team came into the US to assassinate somebody who was giving valuable info to an enemy of Israel (but who was not breaking any US laws in the process), would you support the team being tried for capital murder?
