I agree the tech sector is the place America will shine in the future. I don't know if I would enter the techs right now.
I'm surprised Jim has reversed his position on Japan. I'm expecting their banking situation to get even worse.
OTOH, Jim is not a market timer but an analyst. He's usually very very early with his predictions.
