So Feinstein's AIDS bill has been defeated. What are they doing now?

They want drug companies to sell drugs at reduced prices only to Africa?

Will taxpayers pay for the difference or does it come out of the pockets of the shareholders of the company?

Wait a minute. These African countries will have $300 each for reduced price AIDs drugs but not have money for food?

If they don't have the money who will pay for all that?
