Nope, not true. Enough DemonRats have to stick around so the pubs cannot vote to end debate. Have to have 60% of votes to end debate. More Demons that leave means fewer votes needed to end debate.

That is not true. You need 60 votes to end debate. The rule says you need 3/5 (in this case 60) of Senators chosen and duly sworn. Every Democrat could be home in bed and there could be a 51-0 cloture vote and the filibuster would not be broken because you did not get 60 votes.
