Other Republicans are considering suing the Senate, arguing that filibustering judicial candidates violates the Senate's mandate to "advise and consent" on nominees. But a court battle over Senate procedure also could be long and arduous.

A court battle about the constitutionality of procedures used for confirming judges that will fill courts. I don't think the courts will touch this.

MS Legislative Black Caucus = New Thought Police. Their treatment of Rep. West is downright shameful.
