Rush and Malloy of the New York Daily News reports that Movie star Ashton Kutcher believes that the Secret Service has been tapping his phone since his partying encounter with the Bush Twins. (detailed in this months Rolling Stone Magazine)
Kucker recounts how he met the first daughters at a Los Angeles party a year and a half ago. (where the underage drinking and pot smoking took place)
A friend drew his attention to one of the First Daughters with a lustful (and unprintable) remark that drew glares from Secret Service agents.
Kutcher introduced himself to the ladies, who asked what he was doing after the party. Everyone ended back up at Kutcher's place, although the Secret Service stayed outside.
