AMBER Alert for JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA

ANNOUNCER: WE HAVE JUST ISSUED AN AMBER ALERT REGARDING A MISSING CHILD IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA. THE JACKSONVILLE SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT ARE LOOK FOR DEVEN DWAYNE MARSHALL A BIRACIAL MALE AGE 5 YEARS THREE FEET 39 POUNDS WITH BLACK AFRO HAIR AND BROWN EYES. CHILD WAS LAST SEEN AT 5147 WESTCHASE COURT JACKSONVILLE, FL AND IS BELIEVED TO BE IN DANGER. CHILD WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A BLUE AND YELLOW VERTICAL STRIPED SHIRT A EARTHTONE KNIT SWEATER WITH LIGHT BLUE JEAN SHORTS AND BLUE AND RED NIKE SHOES. AUTHORITIES SAY THE CHILD WAS LIKELY ABDUCTED BY ANTHONY OYIBO 20 YEARS OLD SIX FOOT TWO 230 POUNDS BLACK SHOULDER LENGTH DREAD LOCKS WEARING A BLACK TEE SHIRT BLACK SKULL CAP AND BLUE JEANS. LAST SEEN TRAVELING FROM 5147 WESTCHASE COURT JACKSONVILLE, FL. JACKSONVILLE-- Police are searching for 5-year-old Deven Marshall and the man he is believed to be with, 20-year-old Anthony Oyibo. They are now looking for a stolen car, a 1996 champagne colored, four door, Mercury Mystique, license tag E45 XIK. The car has a small dent in the front bumper and two stickers. The car was last seen at approximately 9:45pm near Ricker Road and 103rd Street. Witnesses say that when Oyibo allegedly took the car, he did have a child with him.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance at Westchase Court Apartments on Jacksonville's westside early Tuesday evening. Inside, they found a dead 5-month-old, and another baby seriously injured. The 5-year-old son of the woman who lives in the apartment was missing.

Police believe the child is with the woman's boyfriend, Oyibo. Oyibo has a lengthy criminal record, including domestic battery and battering a law enforcement officer.

An AMBER ALERT was issued for Deven Marshall during the 9pm hour. An AMBER ALERT is a nation-wide program that alerts all law enforcement officials to be on the lookout for a missing child.

Police say that Oyibo is wanted for questioning in connection with the death of the 5 month old, the injuries of the 16 month old and the disappearance of Deven Marshall.

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement have issued an Amber Alert for Deven Dwayne Marshall, a biracial male, age 5 years. Deven is 3 feet, 39 pounds, with black afro hair and brown eyes. The child was last seen at 5147 Westchase Court in Jacksonville and is believed to be in danger.

Deven was last seen wearing a blue and yellow vertical striped shirt, an earthtone knit sweater with light blue jean shorts and blue and red Nike shoes. Authorities say the child was likely abducted by 20 year old Anthony Oyibo, who is six foot two, 230 pounds with black shoulder length dread locks. Oyibo was wearing a black tee shirt, black skull cap and blue jeans.
