What sloppy journalism. Used to be a time when you go the who, what, where, when and why in an article. Not just six short sentences. BTW, what is the average salary for a Mississippi teacher?

Maybe the writer was a student in Mississippi and is making a point about how lousy the system is. See.. I dunt lernt nothin.
