Taylor Cox is lying in order to push his own business. Cultural diversity has never made a business, city, state or nation stronger but in fact and in history makes these entities weak. God used "diversity" to break up the nation of Babel and destroy the kingdom of Nimrod.

I was speaking to a friend about a similar issue the other day, and I asked: show me one nation, group, team, or other such entity that has truly been successful because of diversity as we know it today (of race, thought, belief). The answer is quite simply none. Homogenous societies are the most successful in human history. Rome, the Soviet Union, and probably one could name a few others as a classic example of the failures of diversity in race and belief in a society.
