In other words this is patently untrue. You think diversity helps productivity (you lying self justifying sack of ...)?... tell it to the Japanese.

From what I remember from my "Industrial Sociology" course, Taylor Cox is eithre lying or delusional. Not diversity, but similarity in values, behavior, and ability to communicate among others (e.g. honesty, the work ethic, etc.) promote productivity and quality of work.
