I'm starting to believe that, with a few exceptions, there isn't enough difference between the sides to justify the cost of a JDAM. We have a majority of GOP Govs, so we'd still have a majority if we "lost" all of them. Good place to use a MOAB.

Was the Chief still parachuted in that photo (of course if he had to bail out?) when he got out on the flight deck? Also, did it appear he had a radio tracking transmitter/beacon on his suit in the remote case that he and the pilot may have gone into the drink?
Just curious what they outfitted him with.
I do know it is reported they reviewed with him the ejection seat procedures (which he would remember from before), and they also had a presidential seal sewn on suit.
The flight suit and equipment he has on is very interesting to me. Any tech's out there can respond?

This picture is worth a million words. The poor soldier on the left obviously lost the draw and had to stand behind the Toon! Thanks!

NikkiUSA - that's a great photo. What is most striking about it is that it shows a true LEADER.

Darn I am always a day late and a dollar short. Just you wait you will get a chance to meet him as Commander-In-Chief. By the way I love your web site, Sometimes I worry about the future when I see the wierd colored and pierced kids, but seeing young people like you and Hunter Scott makes me feel so much better. Keep us informed of where you go to speak.....

While I oppose this flight out as an unnecessary risk, It's been pretty grim for Bush since Election 2000. I'm really glad he finally got to have a little fun.
To: AmericanInTokyo
Just curious what they outfitted him with. I heard he had everything and also had training on how to use the safety/rescue equipment.
