What a bunch of crap this article is. Nuclear plants are built to withstand a fully-loaded 747 crashing into any part of them, as well as mortars and RPGs. What the heck can a "small plane" do?
The ones I worked at had multiple 12' chain link fences with razor wire and dogs in between, as well as roving guards with M-16s.
