During the procedure, the stones' vibrations radiate into the water, Weiner said. She compared the procedure to the way homeopathic remedies are created -- the steps are repeated several times to make a pure mixture.

A good example of another reason why Ithaca is the City of Evil.

This woman does not actually live in Ithaca, but in Trumansburg, about ten miles north.

Over the past twenty years, as they drove their own property taxes higher and higher in the city, the Ithacites have slowly migrated north to T-burg. In the process they are turning this once-bucolic small, conservative town into "Ithaca North."

Spreading liberalism like a cancer, is just one more reason why Ithaca is the City of Evil.

Belief is a powerful thing. If people are seeing effects from this it sounds like classic "placebo effect" (if you believe strongly enough that something will help you then it will, even if the substance is inert, or in this case, not there).
