Tinfoil time...if you search on google you find a Respiratory Research Center o\in Guandong Province, China. If you look at the center' s research, there are listings of studies on bioengineered viruses affecting various species. Coincidence? Not a bioweapon, but perhaps a "bug" that got out of the lab?
