ITHACA -- A former employee of Cornell University's office of information technology was sentenced to probation and a fine for having child pornography on campus computers.
Robert E. Mosher, 36, of 3 Garfield St. in Cortland, was sentenced Monday in Ithaca Town Court to three years of probation and a fine of $500. He was represented by attorney Berry Francisco, who did not return phone calls Wednesday.

The paper's headline is misleading. One who read it would think that the guy was actually punished in some real (a/k/a prison time) fashion.

There is a criminal enterprise that has flourished in Ithaca- for YEARS. It includes certain lawyers AND a county "judge"- who uses the bench to conceal the crimes.
The local DA does absolutely nothing but talk the talk- meanwhile the perpetrators are NEVER held accountable.
