He accused the White House and conservative media of a conspiracy to silence dissenting voices.

What dimwit doesn't understand is that it is average citizens outraged by them, average citizens who also have that right to free speech and economic decisions. Dimwit needs to realize that this isn't the "good old days" when only the left-wing side was heard.

He made this statement while standing at the podium of the National Press Club. Is this Alice in Wonderland?

These people are construing disagreement with what they are saying as "suppression". I guess they're just not used to this kind of "trouble in paradise".

What this is is a plea to the media to help them stifle OUR dissent.
