Although finding Saddam dead would be preferable to NOT finding him, or learning he's alive somewhere we can't reach him, I'd much rather our guys caught him alive.
Since the Turks OWE us at this point, maybe they'd make amends by putting the bastard in one of thier prisons. I think they have some very appropriate places for Saddam to finish out his days, although they'd no doubt need help with security!

Hostage-taking, murders, sky-jackings and other ploys would be used by his fanatic followers to try to effect his release or prevent a death sentence.

The Hollywood-left types would link arms across the nation and hold candlelight vigils.

No, the archfiend must be taken out by any means possible so that he becomes a distant memory, not a prisoner for the terrorists and leftists to rally around.
