LOVE this plan!

I hope they accomplish their objectives for the world. It will surely reshape the world for the better.

''The future of Iraq is going to be made in Iraq by Iraqis,'' a senior State Department official says. ''If they want to help out, great. If not, as my mother used to say, tant pis.'' (French for ''too bad.'')

LOL, there apparently is at least one dude in the State Dept. who hasn't drunk the Kool-aid!

I hope they accomplish their plan too, but I think this article is tauting the lastest conspiracy theory (one without basis).

I wonder what 19 Islamokazes from 9/11/01 would say knowing that they kicked off Pax Americana.

"While U.S. officials emphasize the enormousness enormity..."

Is there another kind of enormity?

concedes that the United States has gone from ''reluctant sheriff'' under President Clinton to a ''robust'' lawman,

From p*ssy to posse in one administration.

I don't think it's a "conspiracy theory". And I don't think they mean, that we attack each Middle East country, but a free Iraq and help from the US may well "facilitate" regime changes in the other ME countries, and start them on a path towards democracy.

We are also sending a powerful message, that the countries who are plotting against us should FEAR us, because we will defend ourselves, whatever it takes and take the battle to them.

Even Bin Laden, in that private tape, said something about how everyone respects a "strong horse", but nobody respects a "weak horse".

Being firm, fair and strong is what will wind the "hearts and minds" of the Arabs and Muslims, not projecting a weakling image, we projected under Clinton.

enormousness enormity

There are a few typos. Hans Blix must be the copy editor.

I agree. Some see something conspiratorial or sinister in what Bill Krystal or Paul Wolfowitz advocate, but what they're advocating is strong initiatives to spread peace and freedom into the darkest and most medieval corners of the world, for the benefit of the people's in those nations, but primarily for the security of the United States. I see nothing wrong with this, and endorse it.

an audacious a bold plan to reorder the Arab world and global institutions.

This would be the IronJack Imperium Americanum, the plan that I have been advocating since Sept. 11. America not only has the right to empire, it has the moral obligation.

I wonder what 19 Islamokazes from 9/11/01 would say knowing that they kicked off Pax Americana.

That is the one good thing that came from 9/11--they woke us up, and they were too stupid to wait until they were strong enough to win before starting the war. Just think, if they had waited 2 years or so, they might have gotten a nuke into NY and DC, and killed off 1 million people including the President. They could claim they had 10 more waiting to be used, and tell us to get out of the Middle East, and we would have been in a helluva situation.

Instead, they made us realize what the danger is, and we can get rid of all the rogues before they can do anything nation-threatening, ushering in, as you said, a pax americana.

What maroons!

Who can make us a picture of Uncle Sam as ... Lawman!? You know, High Noon, with a sheriff's badge and six shooter? (Maybe US Marshall badge.)

The other day, Limbaugh said words to the effect that at some point, we are going to have to confront radical Islam head-on, because it must be defeated for there to be true peace in the world ... might as well be sooner than later.

It'd "legomenon," rhymes with "phenomenon." Neuter participle, old boy.

''I hope we don't find ourselves doing the same thing in Syria and North Korea,'' former senator Sen. Donald Riegle, a Michigan Democrat, told a dinner at the German Embassy on Wednesday night. ''There are limits to how much we can do to set the world right.''

Nope... but there IS a limit to how much damage the Left is going to be allowed to do to the world. With each and every day, the Left is being discredited, and its grip on power is being eroded. Tough luck, Rats. Sit on the sidelines and watch the Right set the world right despite your decades of sabotage.

Anyone who is threatened by this plan is akin to a criminal who is threatened when the police decide to clean up a crime-infested neighborhood.
