Attn: Pro lifers. Please send an email to Assembly Member Mountjoy (assemblymember.mountjoy@assembly.ca.gov) to voice support for AB 930 which will FORCE Planned Parenthood to report child abuse.

Some of you may remember how a caller claiming to be 14 years old, called Planned Parenthood clinics around the country. She said she was pregnant but didn't want her 23-year-old boyfriend to be prosecuted. Planned Parenthood was perfectly willing to abort the young girl and let the "father" get away with rape and child abuse.

Meanwhile Planned Parenthood keeps raking in the big bucks.

AB 930 would require health care professionals to report signs of sexual abuse of a minor. If an abortion clinic failed to report, certain employees could be held criminally liable and would go to jail.

Apparently, Assembly Member Mountjoy's office has been flooded with pro abortion letters of opposition and not much pro life support. Why? Apathy, I guess. Sometimes it is so depressing to live in California.

I heard that Mark Leno, the homosexual assemblyman from San Francisco, chairs the Public Safety Committee and he wants to "kill" this bill in the worst way (duh!).

All we can do is write letters of support for AB 930 and thank Assemblyman Dennis Mountjoy for having the guts to put it forward. Mountjoy is a true blue conservative.

It's interesting, isn't it. A young girl can get pregnant by her 45-year-old step father, for example, and go to Planned Parenthood and get an abortion. Meanwhile the step father is kicked back in his recliner watching football and drinking a beer. And Planned Parenthood has been getting away with this for how many years? Go figure!

Is PP only getting away with this in CA--you see, in most states (I thought all), health pros of all types are required, by law, to report child abuse. This should already cover abortion clinics.

Just called the Assemblyman re: AB 930...

Perhaps the retort of the left will be them not wanting to see minors forced to tell who the father of the baby (oh, excuse me, fetus) is. If they tell on their adult boyfriend, he's in jail. If she lies and says the father is another minor, this gets the adult boyfriend out of his statutory rape charge.

Hey, we have to put it into law... If the girls choose to lie, that will be their guilt to deal with... in addition to killing their own baby.

In Oregon, all public agencies, schools, etc, as well as any private agency that receives public funds, are required by law to report child abuse. The problem is, most of the libbies in these agencies do just as they please despite the law, and the courts are well aware of it and do nothing about it.
