April 9, 2003 -- Shiite Muslims liberated by coalition forces in Basra have told bloodcurdling tales of a chamber of horrors where they were tortured because of their opposition to Saddam Hussein.
"They put electricity into me three times a day," Adnan Shaker, told The Washington Post.
