I have tried with no success to get these photos on this thread so I am, instead, posting the links to webpages on which the photos are displayed. If anyone else wants to put the actual photos on this thread, I'd be thrilled.

I apologize for the delay in getting these photos posted. The delay was due to my Mom passing away the day before the rally. Because of this timing, I intended not to attend this rally I had so looked forward to going to, but then decided last minute that despite my loss, our young soldiers in Iraq were risking much and some even giving their lives so I stopped in for the last 15-20 minutes of this rally to get some photos to post here and hopefully be added to the CD to send to the troops. I found out after the fact that Laserlock was indeed there but I didn't see him while I was there. Laser thought there were 150 or so in attendance, but to my eye, and quick count as well as I could count anyway, it appeared to me to be more like 300 people there at the time I was there. When the rally was over I thanked Coucilman Genarro for spearheading this rally and told him it meant a lot to me that he did so.

Thank you both for the condolences. I am just glad she has gone on to be with the Lord she loves and is finally out of her suffering. The funeral was more beautiful than I could have imagined when planning it. I think she would have been please, or is!

Katnip...sorry I missed yesterday's rally in Mineola. It seemed like great weather for it. My back went WAY out first thing yesterday morning so I couldn't come. I am just greatful that it never acted up the days we spent in the funeral home, etc. IF one has to struggle with back problems I am glad the timing was as good as it was! LOL Did you get any photos at the Mineola rally kat?

First, thank you Coleus and PianoMan for the condolences.

So the Queen of New York didn't show up? :^)

JanetGreen....Seems Hillary is the real MIA in this war effort. She is playing this political game well. She can't come out against it publically or she will never be elected to whatever the next office is she seeks, and can't bring herself to support it any more than the nominal way she has through her vote in the senate for the president's authority to take action. She is making sure she is not "out" in public to assure her not saying anything that might backfire on her.

Schumer is not one to show up at rallies either, but he has made his pro-war on this one more public than Hillary. So much so that the anti-war/so called peace demonstrators demonstrated outside his home threatening to see that he is not re-elected if he doesn't withdraw his support for this war. The guy is stuck between a rock and a hard place, but his policies and thinking are way too left for me so he will never get my vote.
