I know I stayed up late last night watching the taking of Baghdad, so I'm a little groggy, but... "a chicken mask"??

I thought I saw an Iraqi with a mask on driving a truck out of Basrah this morning -- now I know I'm not delusional. Don't think it was a chicken, though...

Chicken masks are undoubtedly a part of the new 'unconventional' tactics that were to be used against the Coalition. Cluck and Gaffaw.

Yes, a chicken mask. To make the French feel at home when they come to visit.

Obviously, the chicken mask is for use when one runs around clucking, "The sky is falling, the sky is falling." And given where they are, it probably is.

Chicken masks are highly prized in Iraq as they work wonders when worn in the desert sun to keep the moose away from Iraqi children (moose bites can be nasty).
