To me it looks on the surface like an issue that needs to be addressed by parents and civil authorities. We can not and should not expect the school system to raise our children 24 7. Experimental behavior by poorly raised and poorly monitored children is not unusual.

Worth repeating! This incident is NONE of the school's business. Schools everywhere already use every excuse known to man not to stay on track and teach our kids the three R's. We damned sure don't need school officials butting into incidents that have nothing whatsoever to do with school... period!
