Not at all. I just said that he should apologize for slighting them even if it was unintentionally. I would've preferred that he show just a little more tact.

Tact ain't his style. He's popular partly because of his reputation for speaking his mind.

He didn't "slight" them. He made a true statement. Why some Brits felt "slighted" by a true statement is beyond me, but it ain't Rummy's fault.
