Atlantic Monthly Editor Killed in Iraq

Michael Kelly, the Atlantic Monthly editor-at-large and Washington Post columnist who abandoned the safety of editorial offices to cover the war in Iraq, has been killed while traveling with the Army's 3rd Infantry Division.

By the way, Fox sat on this story until 11:30 am; I wonder why. There was some question on the original thread as to whether ABCNEWS jumped an embargo for the second time in a row in order to get a "scoop" about an MIA/POW/KIA.

The soldier was killed as well but his name hasn't been released by DoD as yet. Or at least the report that I heard said that both were killed.
