They were all civilians trying to run wars and going over the heads of the commanding generals. Franks wanted 1st Cav in and 1st Ar into the fight, well that didn't happen because all the Iraqies were supposed to be over joyed with the US invasion....hope is not a plan. Now they're scrambling another 120,000 troops.
